I invited coffeesister to join me at my PC so we could watch the final Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Hulu.com. We’re not big Leno fans, but I’d been saving it to show her because we watched his first appearance live 17 years ago, so it was kind of meaningful.
About ten minutes into it, Father Phil the Gay Bishop appeared at our window again. I muted the program because he had a few things to say about something or other..
I stopped recording at just over 8 minutes in because I went to the store. When I got back he was still there talking to coffeesister. I’ve uploaded this to YouTube and he’s still there as I type this, so I’m going to give him a beer. I think he’s talking about court injunctions now, or something. Coffeesister is saying “exactly” a lot. She doesn’t mean to.

NOTE – I get a kick out of the spammers who get caught by this blog’s spam filter. Usually they make a comment along the lines of thanking me for the info or whatever. This particular one is a gem that happened to be posted as a comment to the above video, from someone who sells “nursing pads online” (WTF?)

We’ll have some left if he doesn’t drink it all, but that may not be a concern because he just stands there and holds it. As I type this comment, we’re an hour and a half into the session and now he’s on abortion. Coffeesister is still saying “exactly.”

Yes, very lonely. But it’s okay.. he’s gone now. After saying “bye” twice and returning with an additional thought or two, finally the third time took and he sauntered off to feed his cat.

Next time could you point the camera at Coffeesister? She’s easier on the eye!

Yeah, I’m not going to go over 10-15 minutes next time. “S’cuse me Phil, I’ve really got some things I’m in the middle of.. good seeing you again, have a nice day!” That should work.
